If I'm the emperor of Wome. I'll call myself Winner the first. I'll do many things to let my
empire powerful. First, I'll tell my people to pay low taxes and give them their own fields, so they
won't want to over thrown it. Then I will built a strong army to protect my empire from my
enemies. I'll make laws that my people must obey, if them didn't obey it, they will be salves
and help me to build new houses and palaces. And all of the presidents of the world will be my
governments. Finally, my empire will be very strong and never be over thrown.
